We’ve been working on and just completed a new build townhouse in Suttons Lane, Hornchurch. This was a three bedroom, three bathroom property and we installed spotlights in the kitchen and all three bathrooms. All the light fittings were energy efficient. We also installed external lighting.
New builds seem to be the order of the day and we have another two on the go at the moment. One is a semi-detached two bedroom house in Brentwood. The other is a four-bedroom detached house in Romford which is almost completed (pictured).
